afternoon roll.  tried to put it in a lowish gear and maintain.  mostly flat, felt good to get in a mindless groove on the paved bayshore trail. awesome sunset colors.  serious stomach cramps after, too much toast and paenut butter cookies before run. oh well, the force is still true. avg. 8:21

Fun road race, I probably felt better on this than any race I've ever done. I was never in any pain cage, which was refreshing, could have run middle a bit faster maybe but I feel good about this one here. On to the next I guess..

went up the backside of the montara mt. locally called "planet of the apes' because it's like a lost civilization, old road with tons of overgrowth. once up on the single track its awesome views of the pacific. went up slow to enjoy the views and went down slow to enjoy my achng hamstring good times
