| | needed some miles to find my smile. actaully I smiled the moment I walked into the local donut shop and smelled the coffee and had a cinnamon twist, morning light, joe, and donut...all downhill sorta speak after this moment. Anyway, went to the old standby loop, along skyline to S. Sawyer Camp trail, 6 miles up the trail, tough bugger hill about mile 9.5, there was a carrot so I did give chase up that hill, yes a caught the carrot but then I felt like what was left of the twist was coming back for a reunion...alas I calmed down and settled into a nice morning sunshine finish.
