this was a hot slog full o' beans without brown sugar.  After a couple of bi oottchhhy work days.  Only after about 4.5 did I feel aight, as Oreo would say, and that only lasted as long as the .38 special song.  got me some choc. cake and grandpa Froerer Ice cream to look forward to tonight though....
