| | I probably only worked off about 1/4 the calories I ate for Easter Brunch (which was soooo good) at Pebble Beach. Tried to get tempo up, felt ok but 26.2 in a month sounding a bit daunting. |

| | after hearing from my last patient about her paradise vacation on a private island in the Caribbean I proceeded to run in the cold rain on the bayshore trail. was actually pretty sweet. Dark, ominous clouds but only light rain and no wind, the bay was glass, pretty sweet place to run actually. I'll be in Ogden in May gdoc, just might not be pretty, but I'll be there for sure |

| | happy birthday to me, after work and a sweet lunch and cupcakes my patient gave me. Ran "the bridge run" out and back to sm bridge on the bay trail. crazy wind, 6 miles on the way back was a mind, and cajones, numbing headwind. felt like I was running in place a few times there, was very cool watching the huge whitecaps in bay and the crazy kite-surfers flying all over. it must have gotten a bit too harry for them at one point because all the sudden they all came in as fast as they could. After, a sweet bacon bleu cheese burger, then homemade blueberry creamcheese frosting cake, a rollicking and cowboying good bday |
